Justin Bieber reveals he’s been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome causing half of his face to be paralysed

Justin Bieber has revealed that he has Ramsey Hunt Syndrome, which has caused half of his face to be paralyzed, Charmingpro reports.

He claimed that the disease is caused by a virus that attacks the nerves in his ear and face.

As a result, he can only move half his face.

 

In a video posted to his Instagram account, he demonstrated how difficult it is to move half of his face.

 

 

He stated that he will require a lot of rest and facial exercises to recover, but he does not know how long it will take.

 

 

He explained that this is why he has canceled his shows and asked fans to be patient with him as he regains his health.

When a shingles outbreak affects the facial nerve near one of your ears, you get Ramsay Hunt syndrome (herpes zoster oticus). According to mayoclinic.org, Ramsay Hunt syndrome can cause facial paralysis and hearing loss in the affected ear, in addition to the painful shingles rash.
