Buckingham Palace announced on Sunday that Queen Elizabeth II had tested positive for COVID-19.

Queen Elizabeth is suffering from “mild cold-like symptoms,” according to the Palace.

The monarch, on the other hand, is expected to continue “light duties” at Windsor Castle this week.

“She will continue to receive medical attention and will adhere to all applicable guidelines,” the palace said in a statement.

Meanwhile, Queen Elizabeth has received three COVID vaccinations.

Remember that Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, both tested positive for COVID-19 recently.
