Police discovered the bodies of a woman and her 10-year-old son at their home in Leeds, in what appears to be a murder-suicide, Charmingpro reportsÂ
Officers were called to a house in Holbeck, West Yorkshire, at 9 p.m. on Thursday, September 15, after neighbors expressed concern.
West Yorkshire Police officers discovered the bodies of a 30-year-old woman and her son in a flat. Formal identification has yet to occur.
West Yorkshire Police are still investigating, and a crime scene has been set up on Cross Ingram Road. They are investigating the full circumstances of their deaths, but they are not looking for anyone else involved in the incident.
‘At around 9pm last night, officers were attending an address in Cross Ingram Road, Holbeck, Leeds, following concerns raised about the welfare of the occupants,’ a police spokesperson said.
‘Inside the flat, a woman and a child were discovered dead.’ Although formal identification is still pending, they are believed to be a 30-year-old woman and her 10-year-old son who lived at the address.
‘While investigations into the full circumstances of their deaths continue, officers are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.’ ‘A scene remains at the address.’
