Shu’aibu Adamu, 28, was sentenced to death by hanging by a Jigawa State High Court sitting in Dutse for the murder of his wife, Charmingpro reports

The presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Ahmed Muhammad Abubakar, stated that the crime of culpable homicide is punishable under Penal Code Section 221(b).

In his decision, Justice Ahmed stated that the prosecution counsel proved his case beyond a reasonable doubt by calling four witnesses.

The accused person was found guilty of the capital offense by the Court.

 

He was sentenced to death by hanging by Justice Ahmad.
