Charmingpro reports that Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, a fiery Enugu Catholic priest, has claimed that he played a key role in keeping 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi in the Anambra State government house during his (Obi’s) tenure as governor.

Mbaka, the founder of Adoration Ministry, Enugu, made the claim during a sermon at the adoration ground on Wednesday.
DAILY POST recalls that Obi, a former Governor of Anambra State, was impeached by the state House of Assembly after only seven months in office.
Obi has claimed on several occasions that he was impeached by state lawmakers for allegedly refusing to mismanage the state’s funds.
However, Mbaka, who believes the LP candidate is stingy and will not be President Muhammadu Buhari’s successor in 2023, claims Obi has failed to reciprocate his gesture of assisting him to retain the governorship seat despite the impeachment.
“Obi is my friend,” he explained. When he was chased out of Government House, he was aware of the role I had played in bringing him back, but how did he repay me?
“We attended night meetings to bring him back, ask him, ask Eselu Uga, ask Archbishop Anikwenwa, they know where and how we did it, and he was brought back.”
“Ask Peter what he used to reward Adoration since then.” If you like Peter Obi, invite him to come and beg forgiveness. Allow him to come back and redo what he did. He blasphemed God’s altar; he defiled God’s altar, the Holy Spirit.
