According to a laughable result which comes up on Google search engine, an average Nigerian earns 300 thousand naira monthly.
A search by The Charming Magazine with the query; “What is good salary in Nigeria”, optimizes and brings up an untrue report by Current School News.

“The minimum and maximum salary range in Nigeria is between N37, 000 to N5, 000,000 monthly. The middle salary value is N300, 000 monthly which indicates that 50% of the population are earning below N300, 000 while the other half are earning above N300, 000”
Another report by Salary Explorer is shown below:
“A person working in Nigeria typically earns around 339,000 NGN per month. Salaries range from 85,700 NGN (lowest average) to 1,510,000 NGN (highest average, actual maximum salary is higher). This is the average monthly salary including housing, transport, and other benefits.”
However, the minimum wage in Nigeria is 30 thousand naira, a pay which is yet to be implemented by all state government and private organisations.
