The LCC company was thereby given the mandate to take over the plaza by the panel today February 6.
Adhering to the approval, the Lekki toll gate will begin collecting the daily charges from road users.
Following the gunshot incident, the toll gate was closed ever since on October 20, 2020.
Responding to the panel’s decision, it is being recalled that DJ Switch gave a live recording from the toll gate during the gunshot incident in October 2020. She has adamantly kicked against the panel’s decision via her Twitter handle.
