Bear mauls couple to death before spending hours to feast on their body- See details
Charmingpro reports that In a heinous forest killing, a couple was mauled to death and their bodies devoured by a sloth bear.

Mukesh Rai and his wife Gudiya were walking home in Panna, India, when they came across the beast.
Mukesh, 43, and Gudiya, 39, reportedly attempted to confront the bear before the brutal attack on Sunday, June 5 at around 6.30 a.m.
The bear is said to have dragged their bodies to a river before feasting on them for over four hours.
Cops then arrived at the scene, and it took another two hours for officials to calm down and capture the beast.

The bear has been transported to a zoo, and the couple’s dependents have received 400,000 rupees in financial assistance.
“The animal will not be released in the forest,” Divisional Forest Officer Gaurav Sharma told DNA India. “We plan to send it to some zoo in another city.”
