The producers of Big Brother Naija, BBNaija season 6, have disclosed the cost of hosting the show.
According to the CEO of DSTV in Nigeria, the show this year cost N4.3 billion.
This was said at the season 6 winner’s N90m reward presentation.
“We employed 12,000 persons for this show, it cost us N4,3billiom to air this show this year
“We use BBNaija to enrich lives and contribute positively to society. We hope to continue to do so.”
The organizers also stated that one billion votes were cast by spectators this year.
Ebuka also said that the show received over 300 million votes during the finale week.
