The Nigeria Police Force’s spokesperson, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, has stated that any officer who flogs or slaps a citizen has committed an assault Charmingpro reports.
He said this in response to a Twitter user who mentioned that police officers slap Nigerians.
