Nollywood actress and producer Allwell Ademola has passed away at the age of 43.
Her death, which reportedly occurred on Saturday, December 27, 2025, was confirmed by several of her colleagues in the Nigerian film industry through posts on social media, where tributes and expressions of shock quickly followed.
According to reports within the film community, Ademola suffered a heart attack at her residence and was rushed to the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
Allwell Ademola was known for her work both in front of and behind the camera, earning respect among peers for her dedication to the craft. Beyond her contributions to Nollywood, she was also notable for her family background, being a granddaughter of the late Sir Adetokunbo Ademola, the renowned jurist and former Chief Justice of Nigeria.
Her passing has sparked an outpouring of condolences from fans, colleagues, and industry stakeholders, many of whom described her death as a painful and untimely loss to Nollywood.
