The All Progressives Congress (APC) 2023 Presidential Campaign Council has stated that the list of its members circulating on social media is unofficial, Charmingpro reports
Mr Bayo Onanuga, the council’s Director of Media and Publicity, announced this in a statement on Saturday.
He stated that the alleged list was not authorized and advised the public to disregard it.
Onanuga explained that the campaign council would be formally unveiled by the party’s leadership and presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
He also urged the media to exercise caution when disseminating incorrect information.
Onanuga stated that the various directorates of the campaign structure were still being put together, citing the secretary of the APC presidential campaign council, Mr James Faleke.
He stated that it was done in consultation with the APC governors and other key stakeholders.
