The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has revealed the number of Nigerians who make up his political structure, Charmingpro reports
Obi revealed that his political structure is made up of 100 million poor Nigerians.
The LP presidential candidate made the announcement following a meeting with Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom.
According to the former Anambra State governor, all poor Nigerians supported him.
“When people talk about structure, I’ve said before that my structure is the 100 million Nigerians who live in poverty.”
“Those who are having difficulty living.” Nigerians are here today, spending more than 100% of their money on feeding, and that is my structure. Above all, the Almighty God is the most important structure,” Obi said.
Some political stakeholders and commentators have charged Obi with a lack of real-world political structure.
According to commentators such as Reno Omokri and Deji Adeyanju, Obi’s followers are only on social media and not in real life.
They predicted that Obi’s lack of grassroots support would be his undoing in the 2023 presidential election.
