Controversial former Governor of Kogi state, Yahaya Beloo, is reportedly set to replace Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan as Kogi Central Senator.

According to reports making the rounds online, certain political godfathers in Kogi state are set to replace Bello with her.

Recall that Punch earlier reported that a recall process for Natasha was initiated, and videos about the incident infiltrated the internet.

This comes after Natasha accused Senate President, Godswill Akpabio of sexual harassment—a claim Akpabio has vehemently denied.

Charming Magazine recalls tat on February 28, 2025, Natasha appeared on Arise TV’s ‘Morning Show’ and publicly accused Akpabio of making unwelcome advances, alleging that her refusal led to political repercussions, including the obstruction of her legislative motions.

“My case is a case of a student being punished by a lecturer for refusing to sleep with him.” She claimed.

Reacting to the report, on Spinblastglobal wrote, “It’s not possible … If this ever happens then I have lost my confidence in Nigeria democracyReply”
