Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IOPB), has been taken back to custody of the Department of State Services (DSS).
On Thursday, the IPOB leader was brought before a Federal High Court in Abuja on a seven-count indictment.
He has pled not guilty to treasonable criminal and terrorist accusations.
Kanu’s legal team had contested his imprisonment and requested bail, but the case was postponed until November 10.
The IPOB leader was then escorted out of the courtroom in a convoy of white Hilux vans.
