Terrorists setting up camps in Lagos, Oyo, Ogun forests – Gani Adams

Gani Adams, Yorubaland’s Aare Ona Kakanfo, has accused terrorists of plotting attacks on Lagos, Oyo, and Ogun States, Charmingpro reports

Adams stated that intelligence reports at his disposal revealed that terrorists were establishing camps in forests in the states of Osun, Oyo, and Ogun.

This was revealed in a statement released by his Media Aide, Kehinde Aderemi.

According to Adams, the terrorists were spotted with a large cache of ammunition.

He urged the governors of the Southwest to use local security agents to combat the impending attacks.

Terrorists would never be allowed to attack the Southwest, according to Adams.

“We are aware of their plans to strike in Lagos, Ibadan, Oyo State, and Abeokuta, Ogun State; however, I implore all governors in the south-west to recruit local security structures in their respective local governments.”

“Information reaching me today is that the terrorists are in the forest between Abeokuta and Ibadan, fully armed with various ammunition, and they are currently in the forest between Abeokuta and Ibadan planning an attack on us in the south-west,” he said.

Remember that Adams stated that Nigeria was “sleepwalking into collapse” due to security challenges and the state of the country.
