The Lagos State chapter of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) issued a two-week deadline to the Federal Government on Tuesday to resolve issues with the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Charmingpro reports

Mrs Agnes Sessy, the Lagos NLC chairperson, stated this during a protest in Ikeja.

She urged the government to act immediately or face another #ENDSARS protest.

On Tuesday, the NLC and other university unions took to the streets of Lagos to protest the ongoing ASUU strike.

“If the Federal Government does not resolve the strike within two weeks, there will be a nationwide mass protest,” she stated. In fact, the ENDSARS protest would be a piece of cake.
