Advising his followers to prioritize their health and adopt better and healthier lifestyle, D’Prince took to popular social media platform, X and wrote “Save yourself. Heal your body. Unlock your potential. The revolution needs you at 100%.”

D’Prince emphasized that his decision to go vegan is for his health, mind, and future.

He reinforced his message with a short video clip, where he shared a simple yet impactful analogy.

Being Vegan and its advantages

Being vegan means choosing a lifestyle and diet that avoids all animal products, including meat, dairy, eggs, and often even honey. It extends beyond food choices to exclude animal-derived materials like leather and wool, and products tested on animals. Vegans typically follow this path for ethical, environmental, or health reasons, with a shared goal of reducing harm to animals and the planet.

One of the major advantages of a vegan diet is its potential health benefits. Studies have shown that a well-planned vegan diet can lower the risk of chronic conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers. It is usually rich in fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants from fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains. Vegan diets also tend to be lower in saturated fats, which contributes to better heart health and weight management.

Another significant advantage of being vegan is its positive impact on the environment. Animal agriculture is a leading cause of greenhouse gas emissions, deforestation, and water pollution. By choosing plant-based foods, vegans reduce their carbon footprint and help conserve natural resources. Additionally, the ethical stance of avoiding animal exploitation resonates with those concerned about animal welfare, making veganism not just a dietary choice, but a compassionate lifestyle.
