Keke Palmer is seeking a full custody and a restraining order against Darius Jackson the father of her 8-month-old son, Leodis.
Keke is accusing Darius of abusing her physically and emotionally multiple times over the course of their two-year relationship in court documents filed yesterday, Nov. 9.
This comes months after he went on Twitter to shame her for her outfit to Usher’s Vegas show.
