Anthony Ehilabo, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) Head of New Media, has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to fire all officials involved in the recent attack on the Kuje Correctional Center, Charmingpro reports.

According to the newsmen, on July 6, terrorists suspected of being Boko Haram fighters attacked the medium correctional center in Abuja, killing at least two people and releasing over 800 inmates.

During the attack, 62 Boko Haram and Islamic State West African Province (ISWAP) fighters escaped from the prison.

Some of the escaped terror suspects have been apprehended in various locations, including the Federal Capital Territory, Nasarawa, and Niger States.

In an interview with newsmen about the unfortunate incident, Ehilabo questioned why some people allegedly linked to the attack had not been arrested.

According to him, all service chiefs should have been fired in order to make room for more capable hands capable of crushing the terrorists wreaking havoc across the country.

“This is why we are where we are in this country, unfortunately,” he said. We make excuses because he is my brother, we are from the same village, he is a northerner, a southerner, and so on, but we are all dependent on the same economy.

“You cannot purchase dollars at different market prices. It is the same everywhere, and you cannot invent your own market. We do both buying and selling in the same market.

“As a result, it directly affects all of us.” Northern Christians and Muslims have no access to a gas station. Everyone gets their gas from the same station. Suffering knows no boundaries. Suffering is one of the most all-encompassing things, particularly as a country.

“By not allowing Osinbajo to govern this country, an opportunity has been lost.” And I doubt Buhari will hand over power to Tinubu. Buhari is currently incapable. In order to solve insecurity issues, your mind must be analytical.

“That is why a presidency led by Atiku Abubakar is best for the country.” As of today, some people should have been fired as a result of the Kuje incident.

“Everyone involved in this matter should have been fired.” All of the service chiefs should have been fired today. “We need new leaders who can command troops and get the job done.”
