Emdee Tiamiyu

Emdee Tiamiyu, a Nigerian YouTuber, who was dragged for “selling out” Nigerians to the UK government has apologized.

Tiamiyu made the rounds online after he alleged that Nigerians are utilizing study programs as a ruse to enter the UK.

Speaking to the BBC after the UK’s Home Secretary announced a ban on Nigerians and other international students bringing family members into the country while on a Masters degree, Tiamiyu asserted that most Nigerians easily lose focus while attending school in the UK because they use Masters as an access route to enter the country.

Tiamiyu, an Osun native and immigrant in the nation, implied that Nigerians are not being sincere about their reasons for attending school in the UK.
