AFROEUROPA PROFILE
AFROEUROPA GALA & AWARDSis an initiative of Charming Production Limited (Publishers of Charming Magazine), a Media Company registered in England and Wales, printed in the United Kingdom, and distributed in the U.K., Republic of Ireland, and Nigeria.
The concept was birthed in 2022 after the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, which drew strangers closer, forcing people to become their brother’s / neighbour’s keeper, regardless of differences in race, culture, faith, gender, or age.
The name AFROEUROPA (coined from two continents – Africa and Europe) reflects our embrace of diversity and promotion of peaceful and cordial coexistence in the community.
AIMS:
The aim of the AFROEUROPA GALA & AWARDS NIGHT platform is to:
• Celebrate diversity and promote social cohesion within the community.
• Enable a platform for Networking and development of healthy business relationships between
Nigerians in the diaspora and individuals from diverse ethnic groups in the community.
• Provide an exceptional platform dedicated to honouring outstanding Nigerians and other individuals
of excellence, who are positively contributing to humanity, and supporting the growth of the
community through impactful services and initiatives.
• Offer a splendid ambience where dignitaries, community leaders, entrepreneurs and positive minded
individuals can Meet, Mingle and enjoy an entertaining evening.
ABOUT AFROEUROPA
AFROEUROPA GALA & AWARDS NIGHT is a Themed, high profile, black-tie / glamourous dress code event, with an average of 350 guests in attendance each year, including Diplomats from the Nigeria High Commission in the UK, Mayors, Councillors, entrepreneurs, community elders and champions.
Hosted by two of U.K’s finest Comperes, each year’s edition features side attractions which include Short Speeches by expert speakers on Theme for the Night, Musical / Art Performances, Comedy, Raffle Draw, Presentation of Awards, Dinner/Drinks/Dance, and much more.
