Murtala Adelakun, a 38-year-old commercial motorcyclist, committed suicide by hanging in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Adelakun was discovered hanging in his room in Agbaje, Ijokodo district of Ibadan on Tuesday morning, October 12.
It was also discovered that the deceased was a barber who later became a motorbike rider owing to a lack of clientele.
According to media accounts, the deceased was despondent.
Adelakun is survived by his mother, who is in her eighties, and two spouses.
