Asisat Oshoala of Nigeria has been named to the 20-man shortlist for the Women’s Ballon d’Or award in 2022, Charmingpro reports 

Oshoala was recently named the CAF Women’s Player of the Year for 2022.

It was the 27-year-fifth old’s time winning the prize, surpassing her compatriot Perpetua Nkwocha.

However, she will compete for the Ballon d’Or against formidable opponents such as Sam Kerr, Vivianne Miedema, Beth Mead, and Alex Morgan.
