72nd Miss World: Namibia's Selma Kamanya wins Top Model Africa, advances to top 40

Namibia’s bet to the 72nd Miss world competition, Selma Kamanya, has automatically advanced to the top 40 of the 2025 pageant show after emerging winner of the Top Model Africa competition.

Namibia and Côte d’Ivoire were top 2, however, Namibia’s Selma beat Côte d’Ivoire’s contetant to emerge African winner.

This automatically places her in the top 10 in Africa and top 40 in the world. A placement that might usher Namibia into their winning era.

Fans and lovers of the pageant show have taken to social media to congratulate Namibia.
