The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, has promised to assist the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, in finding a suitable running mate ahead of the 2023 presidential election, Charmingpro reports

Gbajabiamila made the pledge in response to Tinubu’s remarks at an event commemorating the speaker’s 60th birthday.
“You stated in your address that you consulted with a younger brother on the issue of WAEC many years ago, and that consultation bore fruit,” Gbajabiamila said.
“I’ll give you my parting shot.” It’s time to talk to your younger brother once more. I’ll assign you a running mate with whom you’ll enjoy working.”
Tinubu had previously submitted Ibrahim Kabir Masari as a running mate in order to meet the deadline set by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
