Popular Nigerian relationship therapist and social media influencer Blessing Okoro, better known as Blessing CEO, who is now being renamed “Maggi Nyash” by her latest arch-enemy, Izzy Ogbeide, has publicly reflected on her journey of love, describing herself and partner Ikechukwu “IVD” Ogbonna as “two broken souls who refused to give up on love.”
Her candid confession comes amid ongoing public scrutiny of their relationship.
Blessing CEO, who shared her life story across her platforms, recounted how she refused to abandon IVD despite the relentless criticism they faced.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, she wrote: “I didn’t give up on you when the world wanted me to.” She committed to rewriting the narratives surrounding their union and reaffirming his place in her life, a promise she says she has kept.
Describing herself as stubborn in matters of the heart, Blessing also likened her devotion to a spiritual warrior protecting what she holds dear: “Before anyone touches IVD, they have to touch me,” she declared.
IVD, a well-known auto dealer, reciprocated the affection through his own public tribute, stating “You came from nowhere to wipe my tears and have shown me love.” He credited Blessing for standing by him through disgrace and rumored scandals, and vowed that the truth would eventually emerge.
Blessing later shared her gratitude and excitement, including plans for their upcoming wedding, while acknowledging that finalizing the guest list has been the most stressful part of the planning process.
“The Therapist and her Client.
2 broken souls who refused to give up on love.
We found it and we will loud it”.
