Rudeboy Debunks Report Claiming Lady Who Accused Him of R@pe Was Sentenced to Six Years

Singer Paul Okoye has dismissed reports claiming that a woman who accused him of rape and abusing a minor has been sentenced to six years in prison.

On Thursday, March 5, social media was flooded with posts alleging that an X user with the handle @chubbiediva had been jailed after being arraigned for making false accusations against the singer.

However, the music star, popularly known as Rudeboy, took to his Instagram Stories to refute the claims, describing the circulating reports as “fake news.”

The controversy began on September 23, 2025, when the X user commented under a post celebrating the birthday of Paul’s wife, Ifeoma Okoye.

During the exchange, another user alleged that the singer had cheated on his ex-wife Anita Okoye with their maid. Responding to the claim, @chubbiediva accused Paul of raping or coercing the maid and further alleged that he sent his wife and sister-in-law out of the house after being caught.

Paul later responded to the allegations and vowed to use every legal means available to ensure the X user faced the law.

As of now, the singer insists that reports claiming the accuser has been sentenced to six years in prison are false, urging the public to disregard the circulating story.
